Our Story

At the age of 15, our founder Laura started cleaning homes with her mom in Mineola, Texas. After graduating from High School, she moved to Galveston, TX where she noticed a need for residential cleaning services.

At the time, Laura met a property manager who also managed an in-house cleaning crew. She asked him why he had his own crew instead of hiring someone else. He said he couldn’t find anyone to clean “his way,” so he hired his own crew to handle the cleaning.

After doing some research, Laura decided to break out and start her own cleaning business. She started her own business in 2012 and she loves every aspect of the cleaning business.

After several years in the residential cleaning business, Laura branched out into the commercial cleaning sector and found a big need there. She quickly learned that the commercial industry needs a commercial cleaning company that will clean their businesses like they clean their homes. That’s how Laura trains her employees. She trains every team member to clean a business, just as you would clean someone’s house.

Over the past few years, we've opened multiple locations throughout Texas. We will continue expanding our reach so more businesses can experience what LM Commercial Cleaning can do for them.

We perform all of our work ourselves using our highly trained staff.

We have an extremely low turnover rate. Many employees have been with us since day one.

When it comes to cleaning a facility, there is very little that we can’t or won’t do.

Are all the cleaners background checked?

Yes. We perform all necessary checks on our employees.

Most of our clients have been with us since the very beginning.

Yes! And we use custom products designed and tested by our chemist.

What are the training requirements for your workers?

All employees are put through 160 hours of training.

What customer service systems do you have in place?

Laura is hands-on and personally inspects locations to insure quality control.

Am I able to contact you when I need to?

Because most janitorial work is done at night, it can be difficult to contact self-employed vendors in the morning. But at LM Commercial Cleaning, our phones are answered 24/7, 365 days a year by a live person.

How and when will you communicate with me (e.g. phone, email, in-person)?

We pride ourselves by contacting everyone in person regularly, and we stay in touch over the phone and via email to ensure that there are no issues.

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes! We carry high limits of Insurance.
